Final step is to print and fill out #1 Form and Form #2 (if your student has a life threatening allergy). More information about these forms can be found on the Form FAQ. Please turn in your completed forms along with full payment of $210 ($225 after 1/1/20)to the SHS front office OR mail to the address below. Please make checks payable to: Skyline Grad Events. Registration is not complete until your payment and signed agreement have been received.

Planning for this fun-filled night is in the works. When details are nailed down, information such as pick up time and other pertinent instructions will be posted on this site. All other details will be kept secret for the sake of fun and safety.

BUS SIGN UPS - the first bus sign ups were held on 11/19 & 11/20. There will be multiple bus sign ups! The next bus sign ups will be in December, exact date TBD. Your student can only sign up for a bus after they have registered here on the website AND have turned in both forms and payment to the front office or counseling office at Skyline. Thanks!
